Happy Friday friends! I am so excited for today, because I get to pick up my girl later this afternoon! She has been gone all week at running camp. And while she has been having the best time, gosh I miss her!
This girl here has been doing her best to keep me company!

This is such a simple, favorite, but there is something about fresh flowers. I love grabbing fresh flowers at the grocery store and having them on my kitchen island or on the table throughout the week. A little something to brighten my week.

These tanks from Target are hands down one of my most favorite basics. I have them in probably close to a dozen colors. They wash well and they’re super comfortable. They are great alone or layered under blazers or cardigans for the Fall. And this Crossbody bag has been on repeat all summer!

This week we made one of our favorite Summer meals, a clambake. While it sounds complicated, it's really super simple. I make it in foil packets that we just throw on the grill. I’m going to share all the details on how we "Clambake" here on Monday.
Also a favorite are these little butter containers. I’ve had them forever but a similar one here.

So I have shared here a few times my journey with plant based wellness. As I continue to work on living my healthiest life, this has been a real game changer. These products provide a sense of calm, peace and keep things "moving along". I have been consistently using these supplements for about 8 months now and I am never going back. A few weeks ago, we launched an amazing new product created from functional mushrooms. So many benefits from those, and even more when you add the power of sage. I had been suffering from terrible night sweats....like 2am every night I was in a puddle! A few days into taking these, they were gone! I have been reading a lot on the stages of perimenopause as I approach that stage of life and the benefits of sage are numerous here. So to find an organic based product was the perfect fit for me! For sure one of my favorites!
You can grab my regimen here and as always I am here to chat more about it!
This picture popped up in my memories & gosh it was a favorite weekend! My parents, sister and I took a fun, whirlwind trip with the kids to Boston for like 48 hours! We did all the Boston things, ate all the Boston food and sang Sweet Caroline at the top of our lungs at Fenway! So much fun!
Fingers crossed we get the boat back later today and can spend some time on the water. It’s looking like a beautiful weekend here!
Have a great weekend friends!
See you on Monday, there is always room for one more at our family table.

Aww! How lovely that you get to see your girl later. It sounds like she has had a great time at running camp.
ReplyDeleteI get fresh flowers most weeks with my grocery shop, they're such a nice treat and do brighten the house up.
I love the look of the Clambake.
