Something New for Your Family Table Week #24....Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Hi friends!! I have an amazing Summer recipe to share with you today... and it's simple to make!
We made these Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs last night and they were just so good. Something about grilled pineapple that makes me happy in the Summer!

Pineapple, chicken, BBQ and veggies come together to make these kabobs so full of flavor!
Cut 1lb boneless chicken (sprinkle with S&P), 3 bell peppers, half a pineapple and a red onion into some larger bite size chunks.
Thread them in alternating flavors on a skewer (this made about 8 kabobs). Brush the chicken with some of your favorite BBQ sauce and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning often (until chicken cooked through).
Paired with some couscous, it's a perfect little Summer dinner!
Side note... my son prefers to leave everything on the skewer... apparently eating off a wooden stick is pretty cool when you are 9😉
Have the best Monday. See you tomorrow, there's always room for one more at our family table.
xoxo
